The TCU Ranch Management Alumni gather each year with a great dinner, dance, and live auction to raise money for scholarships to deserving students that want to attend this world renowned ranching program. Horses, bulls, art work, saddles and tack, and other unique items are donated by the alumni and friends for this worthy cause.

12/7/2009 Red River Regional Replacement Sale
The Cooke County, Texas Beef Cattle Improvement Association will be conducting their 6th annual commercial replacement female and bull sale in Gainesville, TX December 7.
Craig Buford was pleased to sell this great sale in 2008 and is honored to return in 2009. Volunteer members along with 2008 sale manager Rudy Schumacher put a great set of bulls and females together with an enthusiastic group of buyers and it was a win for both consigners and buyers.
The 2009 sale is set to be even bigger and better.

The Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) continues to set new records each year as they make their live auction for the PAC the center point of one night's activities. Selling 50 live items ranging in price from $10,000 to $250-takes just 1 hour in a fun filled fast paced atmosphere. Craig Buford has been the auctioneer for this event for over 10 years.
The 2009 event will be during the convention at the wonderful La Canterra resort in San Antonio.

10/8/2009 Fannin County Commercial Heifer Sale
Craig Buford will be back to sell this exciting sale in 2009. Young people have an opportunity to development great replacement heifers in a real world scenario and then offer them for sale at the end of the Fannin County Fair.

The Telephone Volunteer Fire Department not only has great firefighting volunteers but fundraising volunteers as well. You cannot believe the level of donated items that are gathered for this sale and then the amount of enthusiasm and energy that comes from the annual crowd of devoted supporters as they "bid up" to make this one of our favorite sales of the year.

The Community Bankers Association of Michigan during their annual convention in Traverse City, MI will have their very first live auction to raise money for their governmental relations efforts. They chose Craig Buford as the auctioneer and to provide consulting in the organization of this first sale.

The Michigan Association of Community Bankers will hold their annual convention at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa in Traverse, MI September 30-Cotober 2, 2009. They will host their first live auction on October 1.

The school staff and volunteers have an amazing night and high-energy auction at the Nigh Center on the UCO campus in Edmond, OK. Craig Buford and a talented group of professional ringmen had a great sale in 2008 and are pleased to have contracted for this sale once again for 2009.

The Farmers State Bank of Stigler, OK has contracted with Craig Buford Auctioneer to sell repocessed farm equipment. The sale will be held on Hwy 9 just west of Stigler.

1/24/2009 Texas Christian University Ranch Management
The TCU Ranch Mangement Program Alumni gather each January in Fort Worth and use a high-energy auction to raise money for their scholarship program. Craig Buford will be selling this sale once again. It will be held at Stockyards Station in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards at 8:00 PM.

The Texas Cooperative Extension Cooke County Beef Cattle Improvement Association has developed a premier replacement female and bull sale in Gainsville, TX. Area ranchers nominate cattle for this sale and all cattle will be pre-screened for quality prior to acceptance. Buyers can expect to find several hundred head of top quality females and an excellent selection of herd bull prospects. Craig Buford is honored to sell this popular sale in 2008.

The professional Bondsmen of Texas are holding their annual convention at the historic Menger Hotel next door to the Alamo in beautiful San Antonio, TX. This is their first year to have a professional auctioneer for their large PAC auction and Craig Buford and his team are pleased to have been contracted for this sale.

10/9/2008 Fannin County Commercial Heifer Sale
The Fannin County Beef Committee continues to grow and build an excellent commercial heifer sale. Excellent facilites have been developed at the Fannin County Multi-Purpose Complex on Hwy. 56 west of Bonham. Craig Buford is honored to sell this sale for the 3rd year in a row. The Independent Bankers Association of Texas continues to set the bar on fundraising auctions. Every year this auction grows and raises tremendous dollars to support their state PAC. This exciting evening gets even better because of the wonderful location-the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort in Bastrop, TX.

The Community Bankers Association of Illinois will be holding their annual convention in Springfield, IL September 11-13 at the Crowne Plaza. This association has had a successful silent auction for many years and decided this year to add a high-energy live auction. Craig Buford Auctioneer was chosen to sell this sale.

This will be the second year for Craig Buford to sell this wild and exciting auction to raise money for Studio Mid-Del's new building. Once again this auction is held on the campus of Rose State College.

5/3/2008 Buckner International
Buckner International was founded in 1879 with the purpose of caring for widows and orphans. Buckner is a global leader in issues related to orphans and at-risk children.
A dynamic group of volunteers join with the staff of Buckner to have a major sporting clay shoot along with a large live auction. This will be the 3rd year for Craig Buford to sell this sale.

3/1/2008 St. Mary's Episcopal School
The St. Mary's Episcopal School in Edmond, Ok has a large live auction each year to raise money for this outstanding school's program. This is the first year for us to sell this auction and we are pleased that a referral came from the IBAT auction this past year in Fort Worth, TX. Kelly Kempton is in charge of this March 1, 2008 auction.

1/26/2008 TCU Ranch Management Auction
The outstanding Texas Christian University Ranch Management Program will host its annual Roundup for Alumni in Fort Worth, TX January 25 and 26, 2008. In addition to a program with excellent speakers, a visit to the Stock Show Rodeo, and a wonderful dinner/dance-an exciting live auction is held to raise money for scholarships. Auction items range from horses and bulls to tack and dresses. We are pleased to be invited back for our third year to sell this sale.

10/6/2007 Telephone Volunteer Fire Department
Craig Buford has been given the honor and privilege of selling this auction for several years. This hard working group of friends and neighbors gather an amazing number of quality auction items and stay hooked on a Saturday night until all the items have been sold and much needed funds are raised. Proceeds from this auction have constructed fire department facilities in Telephone and Lamasco as well as purchased important fire fighting equipment.

10/1/2007 IBAT "Discover the Difference" PAC Auction
The Independent Bankers Association of Texas will conduct their 19th annual auction on October 1 at Fort Worth's Renaissance Worthington Hotel. IBAT along with Auctioneer Craig Buford have created a fundraising event that is the entire entertainent for that evening during their annual 3-day convention. This high energy auction is this organization's major fundraising effort for the year.

10/19/2006 Fannin County Commercial Heifer Sale
The Fannin County Beef Committe began an excellent program many years ago that encourages young people to raise a commercial breeding heifer and exhibit her at the Fannin County Fair. A tremendous sale is the culmination for these students as their project goes on the auction block to area ranchers.
